Biography
Michon (St. Petersburg, Russia) – DJ, sound producer, founder of Polyptych label, author of radio show “Polyptych Stories”, artist of such labels as Superordinate Music, Somatic Records, One Of A Kind and others. “His music can be described as “Romantic Progressive Tech” (© Compass Vrubell, Megapolis.FM Moscow). And really, Michon’s music is a mixture of different Melodic House / Techno genres, and his DJ-sets successfully balance between dynamic and atmospheric. Winner of numerous remix contests, among which of an official remix contest for a hit-track “Angetenar” by Rompasso (the vocal version of the original is known as “Ignis“). The author of official remixes for the tracks of such famous artists on the Melodic scene as Ewan Rill, Alexander Alar, Allies for Everyone, East Cafe, Alexey Romeo, and others. Michon’s tracks and releases have repeatedly hit the TOP100 of Beatport and Traxsource, also supported by many DJs and producers on to the whole world. Among them: Solomun, Black Coffee, Mind Against, Adriatique, M.A.N.D.Y., Adana Twins, Henry Saiz, Nic Fanciulli, Edu Imbernon, Quivver, Nicole Moudaber, Lonya, Wally Lopez, Savvas, Ferry Corsten, Piemont, Petar Dundov, Sasha Carassi, Acumen, Red Axes, Gai Barone, Dusk, Mariano Mellino, Ilona Maras, Melody Stranger and many others.
