As a DJ, Karlo V’s sound favors gritty basslines and distorted percussions with a sprinkling of deep vocals.
In 2016, he started a monthly event called Blitz where he collaborates with other DJs, electronic musicians, and visual artists. Now in its fourth year, Blitz still continues to present a multitextured take on party musi —anything from sexy acid to pitched-down, grooved up techno to angsty EBM to dreamy post punk and new wave. Karlo V lives and works in Manila, Philippines.
